BACKGROUND

I have extensive psychoanalytic and post-graduate training and comprehensive experience working as a psychotherapist in both private practice and in outpatient mental health clinics. I have over 17 years’ experience treating adolescents, adults and couples/dyads. I am certified by the EMDR International Association to provide EMDR. I have completed Level One Training at the IFS Institute to provide IFS. I am also extensively trained in relational psychotherapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based treatment modalities.
