INSURANCE
If you have a PPO or out-of-network benefits, your insurance company may reimburse you for my services. I will provide you with an invoice containing the coding and information required so that you can submit your claim. Prior to meeting with me, I encourage you to contact your insurance company to see if your plan covers “out-of-network mental health providers.”
You may want to ask your insurance company these questions:
Do I have out-of-network mental health (or behavioral health) insurance benefits?
What is my out of network deductible (if any) and has it been met yet by other medical expenses?
What is the coverage amount (or percentage) per therapy session?
PAYMENT
I accept credit card, cash, check, Venmo and Zelle for payments. Payment is collected at the end of each session.
